The Green Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast offers comfortable lodging accommodations for your Tacoma, Washington vacation or business trip. Whether you’re here on holiday or for business, we are happy to assist you in making your stay with us as restful and stress free as possible.

- Check in/out
Check in time is 4-6 PM; check out time is 11 AM. Please note that we do not have a 24 hour front desk. Should you require early or late check in, please contact us by two business days in advance for check in arrangements.

- Deposit
A credit card is required as a deposit to confirm your reservation. There is a $25 service fee for all cancellations.

- Credit Cards
We gladly accept Visa and Master Card.

- Cancellation policy
Should you find you must cancel, there would be no charge up to seven days in advance of your reservation date. For special events, the cancellation policy ranges from seven - thirty days, based on the event.
Additionally, if cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date, full charges would apply unless we are able to rebook the room(s). Cancellation policy varies based on date of your reservation, should your stay fall on high demand dates.

- Smoking
The Green Cape Cod is a non-smoking inn. Pierce County Health Dept. regulations prohibit smoking in public facilities and within 25' of the entrance(s), exit(s), window(s) that open and ventilation intake(s) at a public facility. A picnic table outside is available with umbrella.

- Use of Kitchen Facilities
Pierce County Health Dept. regulations prohibit use of The Green Cape Cod kitchen to anyone other than staff with current Pierce County Health Dept. food handlers permits. A small guest refrigerator with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water is available in a guest area.

- Gift certificates are available for purchase.

- Children over twelve are welcome. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
